The Gourmet Chef Mark Hoberman is passionate about giving you a memorable dining experience. Our Menus are created after Mark or Sonje have chatted to you about the style of Wedding you are having. Every Wedding is different, and we pride ourselves on personally being there on the day.
Menu's we have prepared for the past 8 years have included Canape's, Live Barbeque, Sushi & Asian stations, Cheese tables, Amuse Bouche, Starters, Main course plated and Buffet or Family feast to the tables, Live Charcuterie, small gourmet courses served to guests as they mingle, Dessert tables and your favourite desserts miniaturised.
