SOUL SOLO was started in 2005 by Davina, who is a harpist and singer.
Being a songwriter and having composed a lot of her own music on the harp, Davina will bring a unique and personal touch to your wedding, letting the atmosphere inspire her with new melodies. The melodious sounds of her beautiful harp will make your wedding an unforgettable and magical day. Davina has been a harpist for nearly 30 years, having taken lessons for 11 years in Switzerland, where she is originally from. She was the winner of the ABIA (African Bridal Industry Association) Bride's Choice Award 3 years in a row (2010, 2011 and 2012) in the Live Band category.
She is also an accomplished singer and has written many songs, including love songs in French and in English. The songs are very popular as items during the ceremony. Davina has a repertoire of classical pieces, modern love songs, hymns and worship songs, and she particularly enjoys Celtic music as well as her own compositions. With some international influence and flavours, your wedding is sure not to lack character and spice.
