FAQ
How much does it cost to list my business?
Option 1: FREE. You receive a free listing if you make use of any of our hosting services (Email Hosting, Website Hosting and SiteBuilder Hosting).
Option 2: R49/month. The monthly fee is payable via a debit order (or automatic monthly scheduled payments) at the beginning of each month.

How will the debit orders be set up?
Click on "Choose Plan" to select one of the available packages, and complete the online form.
An email will be sent to your email address containing the debit order form and further instructions.
Complete the debit order form and send it back to us.
Our accounts department will set up the debit order, and your account will be debited between the 1st and 7th of each month.
May I pay via EFT, direct bank deposit or yearly in advance?
Direct Bank Deposit: The bank charges are too much and as such will NOT be accepted.
EFT: Will only be accepted in the case of an automatic scheduled monthly payment (similar to a debit order).
Yearly in Advance: Pay for 12 months in advance (R49 x 12 = R588)
What do I need to do if I want to cancel my listing / service?
You may cancel your listing at any time, through written notice.
However, please note that our accounts department processes debit orders on the 25th of each month.
If you cancel your listing on or before the 24th of that month, then no further debit orders will be processed.
If you cancel your listing on or after the 25th, then your account will be debited one last time.
